Here is the short summary
1) Nijisanji opens the KR branch. Like every japanese venture outside their country, the create a whole structure managed by people familiar with the local market (usually and, in this case, local)
2) The staff was pretty much "HoloCN staff", but Niji and KR. They mismanaged the branch worse than any other branch management before or after to a point accusations of favouritism and sabotage split the branch in two with one side (talents and management) SUIING THE OTHER HALF in a court of law.
3) Nijisany gives no fucks for a while and then the new director (the same that, by his own admission, axed the NijiEN Colors AR Live) looks at that mess and makes a decision
