Well in specifically holo and niji en's case, they're definitely not talking openly anymore.
After the selen shock, they've been pretty careful to not interact with nijien where it's visible, if at all.
For example, stop me if I'm wrong, but Bae's never mentioned Elira since the black stream and they used to talk about each other at least a few times a year.
I think the only mentions or collabs of any sort after the black stream were Kiara being a retard witth Enna, and the call-ins to Reimu's 3D which may or may not have been recorded beforehand.
I'm just gonna go out on a limb and say that HoloEN is barred from NijiEN now, only now it's from the Holo side, but they're also staying away from Dokibird because fuck if I know. I guess they don't wanna piss off NijiJP? But they have no problem hanging around Mint, who's basically joined at the hip with the bird, so I have no idea how that's gonna go.
That reminds me, Mint's 3D birthday concert live thingy is gonna be a thing. I wonder who'll show up, or rather, can Dokibird and Kiara/ERB/Nerissa show up on the same stream, even if they never interact?
