She hasn't technically graduated as Ame, just "ceased streaming activities". I suppose she reactivate her commission, as it were, if she really wanted to. There's no precedent for that within Cover, but there was also no precedent for becoming an affiliate before she did it.

Its like in Dragon Ball, you can die and be revived as many times as needed as you still exist in the underworld because youre only "dying" in the normal (corpo) world, but if you die in the underworld (indie) then youre deaddead

Cover is usually throwing out empty words when they claim that graduated talents could return but Ame feels like she will be the exception to that. The affiliate deal was made so that Ame could eventually return. Dooby will likely announce a graduation in the next few months with Ame returning during that nexus portal event they are rolling out for Hololive EN.

Extremely unlikely as long as Saba's as isolated as she is.
I can't see Dooby ever returning though. Like what would she even get out of it? She left for a reason and she's likely invested a small fortune into the dooby model/branding already.
