tl;dr someone took one of the official renders of her 3D model and photoshopped it to make her tits bigger. (it's since been deleted)
She probably doesn't want that for two reasons:
1) She doesn't want people to think that edit is an official render, and accidentally use it as an official representation of her. (the edit itself wasn't anything egregious, so people could have easily thought it was official)
2) Some artists can get really menhera about people modifying their official artwork. There was an incident in Nijisanji where Ibrahim's mama had a menhera spergout because someone photoshopped his earrings to be replaced with little Kenmochi heads. She probably just doesn't want anything similar to happen with her 3D model creator.
