I can see where this narrative is coming from I really can but for all we know really there is always the possibility that Finana and Uki could have become friendly behind the scenes relatively quickly and by the time he debuted they already knew each other fairly well with the members usually being around for a while before debuting or whatever. Especially considering both people in her wave already knew him well. It would be stranger if she wasn't introduced to him at all behind the scenes than the other way around. Though personally I would have thought the reality of the situation would be closer to them both deciding upon it. I'd be surprised to learn that either of them would invite some guy to their hotel to be on a stream with both of them without any prior agreement. That would be crazy. So I always thought the whole trying to assign "blame" for it to one or the other seems kind of dumb to me.

It's far more likely that someone who had known and had met uki for over a year and had met him IRL at one point invited him. She was also a fan of Niji and didn't predict any backlash from inviting him since JP livers before her had done similar things. Pomu knew him, trusted him and figured he'd be a good tour guide since he lived there.

Based on what evidence? Remember, covid lockdowns inhibited international travel in 2020 and 2021, and most of Hanamori lived in Canada, so there would not have been any sort of "group meetup" she could have gone to to meet them all IRL.
