US courts have permitted people to use their online handles on public dockets for civil suits in the past. You need permission from the court to do it, but this isn't a deal breaker.

So the long and short of it is, any ongoing lawsuit is put on hold until the bankruptcy proceedings are done. Reason being it's impossible to figure out any damages payable until after that. Proctor is a retard, which should surprise no one. There are many things that the talents and the government can take him to court over, and the only damage doesn't have to be immediately paying money (i.e. it could be wage garnishing, it could be prison time).
The reason that talents haven't sued him yet is a bit interesting, the second that lawsuit hits the docket the talents name is out in the public, there's no real way to redact that information, which makes it tricky for how to proceed in a court case for these girls.
