Not the NyanaBro but take this for whatever it is, but as a bit of context: a month prior to her graduation announcement she said in a members only stream, directly that she was leaving, had already signed up with a corp (we didn't know it was phase at the time) and graduating by the end of the month (I think it still got pushed out because of her last concert but that's besides the point.)
Her reasoning to us, was that she wanted hold bigger and better concerts, and felt that she didn't have enough support, weight or energy to do it on her own, so that was part of the impetus to go corpo. As much as you can gather emotion from a streamer, she did seem like she was at the end of her rope when was saying this.
Now whether she actually gets to do her concerts and whether they will be 3d, or 2d, or mocap, under phase who fucking knows, but that was a stated reason she was moving on.
Maybe Fishman sees the concerts she held, while quaint and scuffed as they were as a avenue to get Phase name out there, or maybe she has legit networking skills that current management and talent don't have, or maybe its just the gremlin attitude she has, I dunno but I suspect, as well as others that her goals align with his, and that's why its being said shes a likely hire to help with concerts and events.
