Hi Bros, tourist here. So I've been looking at art of Liz for a little bit: her official art, fanart, and lewds. In all of them, her face looks gorgeous. But when I look at her 2D (and even her 3D since it's based on her 2D model) imo her face is just off. Does anyone here agree with this? If so, where in the process of official art to Vtuber model do things go away? (I have no idea which is why I'm asking.) Also, does anyone believe that Liz will end up in a Flare or Irys situation where the character gets a facelift? I think it's done wonders for both (even if I do miss the uniqueness of Irys 1.0). I honestly believe that Liz would be one of the most beautiful/attractive Holos regardless of branch if something was done to improve her 2D model's face.

There are some odd angles but that's just par for the course, rest of the time she looks lovely to me. I think that kind of links into the second question there, most of the oddities are from the model being at a weird angle which you won't get really with standalone art pieces. I doubt we get a face rework anytime soon, if we did it would probably be a whole gen kind of deal and Justice would be at the bottom of that list with how new their models are.

Liz definitely likes raunchy humor, she just doesn't care to make those jokes herself and would rather maintain a more wholesome image. It gives her a unique image in holo and makes for funny interactions with more yabai members like with Gigi and Raora in their little nightmares stream
I think its comparable to how Mori reacts, but instead of comically exaggerated outrage Liz will reply like an exasperated parent or subtly play along without fully committing. Her improv instincts are very strong in that regard.

I love her, yet every time she talks about "taking things slow" or whatever, I cannot help but feel extremely sad. I don't wanna be greedy or bitter though because I know she's busy and she's working on cool stuff. I just hope she has more free time next month, both to stream and to rest.

As much as I do not wish to doubt Liz, hearing that she has "started to say no" really makes me upset, because what, then, has she been saying yes to, if any at all?
Liz's output of any content is abysmally low, despite this being only her second year and she's not even on hiatus or break or anything.

I love Liz and I will rewatch her existing content forever, but I worry that others will drop her out of disillusionment.

It's not our business as fans to know every single detail of their daily lives.
But Liz is always so busy, with so many projects apparently stuck in pipelines, yet so little to show for it. Not even music covers. Even karaokes are rare now.

I wonder too, if Duke's heart operation many months back means Liz is busy looking after him too. Would completely justify the sparseness of her output, but wouldn't it be better for her to announce something (if that were the case) so that fans, new and old, are not left in the dark about what is taking up so much of her time.

It's really not as bad as you're making out. In terms of music she had 30+ karaokes in her first year, combined with several covers and 3 3D appearances. It's certainly different to what other talent have done with covers/originals being the norm compared to karaokes and 3Ds but it's still content. Her stream hours might look iffy but they're not really that much lower than before aside from april and june and she was never someone who did crazy amounts of streams in the first place. In terms of year 2 music, don't forget we didn't get Love-song or Blackbird till October last year either and she's already added two 3D apperances this year.

Talents said many times when you get 3D you have more stuff to do, something like double of the work you might have with only 2D.
So yeah we might have less voicepacks, but you may see her when they have to sponsor and announce stuff on the main channel or things like that. Or other things we don't know yet.

I would still consider Eliza special. She got a different message. And she's a merchant, not a warrior(unless being a merchant is another mast and there's a hugely important backstory we don't know about yet). Though her becoming more active and fierce outside the walls is something I'm looking forward to, it would be cool. Ever since that nightmare she had on ep9 she's been growing back into her old personality - more direct, more cocky, not taking shit from anyone, but very protective of those she cares about. Oh for sure Eliza is probably the closest thing to a "main character" the story has, and she's still one of the least fleshed out. Like we only just learnt about her mother still being alive, so as much as we can say she's bonding with people they still don't know a whole lot about her. I expect her to clam up again in arc 2 after what happened to Guin, those coven interactions are going to be juicy.

Wait, wait, I'm thinking. Their mother is alive. Letter from her directed only at Elliot, barely acknowledging Eliza. "She is lucky to have you watching over her. See that she keeps learning - coin is hard earned, but wisdom is harder still." Mentioned couple times that Elliot is brains and Eliza is brawn of this operation. Several times Eliza stumbled thinking about prices or inventory. Could be just double checking the excel sheet, could be in important character detail. She has a sabre, a broken(!) sabre. Their father died very recently. And of course, "The fire brought us together."

Eliza is NOT a merchant, she wasn't until reuniting with Elliot and coming with him to the fort. She's still learning, she's only pretending. Maybe she was a traveler, maybe even a mercenary. She wasn't home, she wasn't with her family. Then their father died, in a fire. After getting the news she decided to come back and support her brother. "Grief" mentioned several times in ep9 nightmare, she feels resposible for her father's death, she wasn't there to save him, so now she's always near her brother, always together. And trying to be someone else, she has gone soft, she has forgotten how she was before that.

This is saucy. I feel like a third eye has opened. I need to rewatch all her episodes with this in mind.

/justice/ caretaker here! With the closure of VTL9, there has been a handover and the team is under “new management.”

All things considered, nothing for you - I previously collaborated with the old caretaker (the current look of our wikipage is my work, for example) and he has still offered his availability to help out in case of difficulties.
The only substantial change, would be if you want to switch from a team with a caretaker to a team with a manager. The difference between the two is minimal but substantial: a team with a caretaker has tactics determined by the league organizer (we have always been a team managed by a caretaker, btw) - in the case of a team with a manager, it is the latter.

Watching Solomon's POV of the finale and he's talking to Stiorra about the gods and what they need to do next, and it sounds like they're trying to get to Vitar? I think I need to go and watch all of Solomons POV to truly understand it, but then Stiorra says she doesn't know if they could reach him without being purified by Rheaos and as she says that Eliza is just stood there in the middle of the screen by the rocks. Great timing and gave me a bit of a chuckle.

I went back and listened to it all back and I've misunderstood the conversation it but I did clear up some other things. Stiorra was doing a ritual (duh) to Vitar with the goal of sealing the veil(?), I think this veil is the realm of the dead? because she then says "they come from his realm" which I assume means the dreadwalkers and co. The ritual was seemingly partial accepted, but they don't really know what the ritual did. What's seemingly happening is Gedna is causing this problem by stealing the dead I think, and then the statement I misunderstood makes more sense. The dead aren't getting to Vitar unless they're cleansed by Rhaeos, so Gedna is seemingly stealing the unburnt dead. The Gedna part is partly me putting two and two together since they don't directly mention him in this conversation but Solomon start's the episode screaming at Gedna and the chat seemingly confirmed this. I probably shouldn't put together theories while at work next time. Also something cool during the selection at the end Solomon and at least Guin can also see the blue flame over Stiorra that Eliza sees before she picks Stiorra, this is interesting because as I understood it this was truly a free choice 5050 so why did Rhaeos get involved?

It was, Sprix said both of them were prepared to have their character killed and start fresh. Liz also said that choosing Stiorra was her choice, in and and out of character.
But Rheos does have a preference, highlighting Stiorra with the flame was part of the setup.

If we assume Rhaeos points Eliza in the direction she needs to go, then we already have evidence of him pointing her towards Stiorra earlier in episode 12 so it's not crazy to see the same here. Also in the chat between Solomon and Stiorra they do make a point to mention the gods while good sometimes, they WILL ask for an arm and a leg in return. We hadn't seen Rhaeos take anything from Eliza so far...maybe it was a needed sacrifice for him to open the way out. I mean she did survive the entire finale without any wounds somehow so in character he was working over time protecting her.

Yeah, maybe it's Guin, or maybe the sacrifice is still to come. If something happens to Elliot, not even a death, just a serious injury or loss of a limb will be enough, it will both count as a sacrifice and push Eliza in a direction Rhaeos wants.

Nothing short of a miracle. They actually rolled for each section of box jumping, they actually had traps and monsters in dead ends of those caves. Could've been wounded during the final boss if she was on ground level, could've been concussed by explosion like Cass.
But no, she's completely fine, 0 damage. If we don't count emotional damage.

Rhaeos has been pretty kind so far so it's a bit sudden to take someone like that but as you say it could be more to push her than just a cost.
