I'm not sure how it works in nipland, but in multiple European countries barring someone from a whole field of work would be pretty strong evidence that the vtuber is an employee and not a contractor (which they arguably are given the level of control most agencies exert over talents). This isn't much of a problem for Holos earning a pretty buck, because the vtubers themselves also save a lot of money pretending to be "independent entrepreneurs" and would be willing to argue they don't pick outside work purely out of their own free will - probably even pay a lawyer to defend that. Unless they are looking to leave they likely don't ever want the corpo to even consider not extending the contract either.
For the international part of Brave earnings per talent are so low fighting the girls over it wouldn't be worth it and the risk they get antagonised against the corpo (like the terminated girls from globie) is pretty high.
