It depends how personable she is. Nodoka was nice but a little bit of a wood plank compared to A Chan. I know people are going to kill me for even mentioning them, but phase’s public-facing management team (Aiko, Mili, and Cece) do a good job of this. The talents like them and want to interact with them, they have avatars to put a face to a name, and are personable enough that the audience likes them too. There are plenty of behind the scenes people at the company too of course, but they’ve got the “face of management” thing down
