If i am not wrong she did say that she spent all her credit limit for the furnishing, but bear in mind that credit cards is Japan have very low limits. People start with a 100k yen limit (less than 700 dollars) and the average is around 300-500k yen.

This new apartment for streaming is sounding better and better. Not only does she have enough room to stream basically whatever she wants without having to rearrange her room (instrument stream) or borrow the living room (mocopi) or only stream certain things in certain timeslots (singing streams) or worry about her parents making noise in the background (ASMR), she also has enough space to invite other girls over for offcollabs AND she (or they) can stay over and sleep at Sora Castle instead of going home late at night after the stream. And all she had to do was invest in herself and her career by renting an apartment, which is what literally every other girl has been doing (to live in) for years. I honestly don't get why tomos are worrying about this, if anything this is something Sora should've done years ago.

Who could've figured?
She should do what I do for piece of mind and safety, especially during the rainy season: every bathroom drain must be covered with a purpose made seal or just a cheap plastic or ceramic bowl or plate when not in use; something that you can move out of the way with a foot for when you shower.
Sinks are sealed unless used. That little sink air hole thing? Tape it over. Just poke a few pin holes in the tape so that it still functions to drain water. The space under the door is sealed either by one of those door snakes (that aren't sold where I live) or a cheapo foam or rubber flap attachment from China.
Make sure all windows are well sealed unless actually opened. Then, and only then, are you anywhere near "safe" from the horrors beyond.
