Alot of this has probably stemmed from the fact that Nano's English skills are pretty low, enough to get by but no way near the level the document was written, highlighted by how greatly she misunderstood the term 'it's just business'. Whether she did this on purpose or not its quite sad to see people try to frame this as something bad and wrong when it was literally them saying 'you can do what ever you want and we will still want to work and be friends with you'.

Shylily was the first one Nano went to, even if you remove the ampersands, it's logically sound that Shylily wrote it. Nano also didn't disprove this in her discord post, did she know Sinder made the accusation? Who knows. But she did admit (in her discord post) her first document "looks weird" and it's "about the blacklist".
