As far as I understand, Nijisanji sucks, you need permissions to play games, and you get bonked by management if you try to make a joke with McDonald's hashbrowns. None of that applies to Phase Connect.
Well, you do need permissions to play games but only if you live in Japan, otherwise no.
Otherwise you can sing whatever song you wish, release covers, stream a little, stream a lot, say "retard", and insult the boss, and it's fine.
