Nijisanji tried rushing out new gens after messy graduations which only damaged their reputation. A vtuber company does occasionally need more talents to bring in new fans but they can't feel like they are constantly fighting their current talents. Hololive had major contract disputes that caused the recent graduation wave but they are trying to settle things with the other talents. Their is cause for skepticism but so far Hololive is better than Nijisanji. The big question is whether Hololive really improves in 2026 since even Gura was optimistic about EN management in 2023...

I'd prefer they sort out whatever they need to sort out in order to keep existing talents from wanting to leave but I'm no armchair manager.
