Neuro's v2 model was rigged by teru. However Anny wasn't going to get teru to do v3. Teru ws a busy man who managed to squeeze in neuro's v2 model at short notice and now had his schedule filled up.
Bella is anny's friend (interestingly they share Maru as a mod), and anny decided to get bella to rig it. Anny said she'd get the art done in Feb 2024, on track for a release by Apr 2024. Anny's productivity got obliterated. In the latter half of 2024, bella and anny's friendship ended (maybe due to this model.)
