The reason why Vedal rejected Anny is because he wants an Ai girlfriend, just look at this clip of him and Evil:

He tries to play it off as being disgusted, but he does it to not be cancelled, his final goal is to convince enough redditors to donate to him to create an Ai girlfriend service. He treats Evil worse because he knows she's not like Neuro, Evil can really get him cancelled.

Vedal just seems sensible enough to know that he shouldn't try to date/fuck other streamers since it never ends well and just causes a lot of drama.
I wouldn't be surprised if he has a normal girlfriend off-stream since he's obviously popular with women but also knows how to keep his personal life separate from streaming (something vtubers should go back to doing).

As a viewer I like how little I know about Vedal's personal life. That keeps things focused on Neuro, or at least fictitious kayfabe.

Also there are female fans who have a crush on Vedal, there are lucrative subtexts to dynamics between vedal and other vtubers and many people relate/self-insert into Vedal. When you keep things ambiguous, everyone assumes what they prefer and you can make everyone happy.
