She really has built her entire career out of pity parties, huh?

In this case, she's right
Why should twitch be responsible for shipping all the gifts across the world?
Lot of time and money to do that
Though to be fair twitch should have at least made the vtubers pay for the shipping rather than outright throw away

Could have just said they're not accepting gifts. You know, the reasonable way to handle it.

>Why should twitch be responsible for shipping all the gifts across the world?
they didn't have to ship them, all they had to do was not throw them out and let her staff receive them

>vtuber attends convention for a streaming platform with a reputation for fucking over vtubers

What did she expect?

Gifts are a problem for vtubers, the streamers there irl were fine

Force staff to hold someone's property?

In reality they weren't thrown away, they were stolen by twitch staff.
Anonymous No.105756046 [Report]

>Force
they are getting paid anon
twitch is asking their streamers to do meet & greets at their cons and their paid staff can't even not throw out those streamers property (or protect them from being assaulted in the case of emiru)
this is entirely on twitch

her wasn't even thrown out, and yet she got the pity points.. pathetic

If the Queen of Vtubers can't secure the gifts, what chance do others have?

Yeah, she a fucking retard by basically trusting fucking Twitch of all things. Her manager posted this picture of the boxes that were likely stolen/thrown, and that shit looks like trash with the boxes they used
The only ones that saved their gifts were the ones that had someone picking it up for them, or the ones who were actively there.

All of this would have been avoided by not being a fucking retard, trusting fucking Twitch out of all things, and get someone to send them over or keep them until they can send them over, instead of just leaving it there for who knows who will pick it up.

She's apologizing because it IS her fault.
She didn't get any gifts so she got jealous of all the other streamers and told Twitchcon to throw out all their gifts but she felt bad and regretted it a little later.

Those boxes are standard "banker" boxes they're actually really decent since they're meant to hold thousands of pages of documents.

Anonymous No.105756658 [Report]
I don't regret going to TwitchCon, but I would also really prefer it if vtubers just stopped going to it and went to good conventions like OffKai instead.

Yeah, but
>throw into one corner
>nothing marked as "do not throw away"
>left there for someone else (likely they were told by Twitch) to pick up and sent, instead of being taken by her team
Also, the name doesn't fucking matter to a venue staff or a person cleaning up.
Anonymous No.105756860 [Report]
Do people not know that vtubers usually don't want to feel stressed by whatever it is in the gift? After the whole Emiru shit this was just the perfect way to get rid of them. She pulled another Vshoujo situation.

That's a professional grifter for you, never missing an opportunity to victimize herself and ME ME ME ME ME.

Talking of, imagine if Kiara did something like that lmao.

>She's a moron for trusting another being
People SHOULD trust others, stop making excuses for bad people and hold everyone to a better standard
Twitch gets away with it because YOU will always handwave away any criticism with "shouldn't trust anyone/anything to begin with" ignoring the fact that they objectively did something wrong
Bad things happen because people like you will always excuse it and target the victim of the bad thing and never focus on the person doing the bad thing

Expecting Twitch to do better is also in the same level of bullshit you dumbass, at least I'm not the one that affected my friends like her.
She should expect the worse, and have a plan for it. Did her team asked how are the packages being delivered? Did her team not put signs to not consider it trash for the venue staff to pick up? Consider that they were products that could've been stolen? etc.
Mouse is objectively wrong in this situation, and she's admitting to it and apologizing for it. It is her fault, as much as the venue and Twitch con staff, and she could do better next time, if given the opportunity.

She's also not the victim considering she and her team acted selfish, and took their stuff, without the care of the people they brought over.

Buff was able to pick up Rose's. She was talking about this on her stream, maybe go watch that before bitching out your ass as if you know more than the person who was there

So how is the statement being untrue? Someone needed to pick it up, why if Mouse was inviting them as said her
>https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2597581024?t=2h0m17s
she couldn't have some responsibility for those who are UNABLE to be there. They are representative, even with the problems of security Buffpup mentions

Hell that picture that she shows WAS taken by a representative of Ironmouse, how could they not picked it up

You sound like the VShojo staff who said "we go by a trust system here".
When it comes to business and money, you shouldn't trust people.

The lack of due diligence from her "team" is beyond retarded. This should have been so easy to avoid if people ask questions and took action. someone being paid in a manager position should be on top of this shit.
