This is something that every single male streamer let alone male vtuber needs to ask themselves. It is a hard fact of this medium.

The audience for streams and especially vtuber content is 80% male. 99% of men are attracted to women.

So your options are
1. Get really fucking good at something to the point that it's really impressive or entertaining like being a pro. That will net you the straight male audience.
2. Fag out. Attract that 1% gay audience and a handful of females.
3. Appeal to the female audience through idealised masculine charm
