What the fuck is wrong with her voice?
Is she secretly Asian or Hapa? They have slightly different voices than white people and usually sound like they have a slight speech impediment even if theyre native speakers, I'm pretty sure due to anatomical differences. Could this be why her voice sounds so fucked up?

No, they don't. You can't tell someone's race by their voice. That only happens in America because they have a very racist and segregated society. In the rest of the world blacks, asians and whites speak the same. Black and white brazilians have the same accent, for example.

The accent you're describing is subtle. I think we need to narrow this down to specifics to get anywhere. Gigi is somewhat nasal and pronounces Z's as S's. This is something Hispanics and 2nd generation Asians both do. The S's are pronounced to the side of her tongue rather than to the very front, and they don't "hiss" the way that Mexican or 1st-gen American S's hiss. She doesn't hit her T's like a Singaporean or a German, which also sort of rules out her just being a straight-up American who went to a girls' school and picked up the pronunciation from that. She can pronounce dental fricatives at the beginning of words, though, which 1. means she might be 2nd-gen American or have early exposure to the English language as she speaks it and 2. means she cannot be British. She doesn't pronounce "Youtube" or similar words as "Yu'thub" and doesn't mix up the b and v sounds so easily, so on exhales we can probably eliminate all of the Yucatan, South America, Miami, the Philippines, and most of Japan. Her pronunciation of the letter R as it appears partway through words suggests the United States and would exclude straight-up China, France, Russia, parts of Canada, and Eastern Europe.
She also could have just had dental work or something and we're hyperfixating on it.

Having lived along the central coast and LA county areas, there are quite a few examples of asians sounding like Gigi. Especially if they're not trapped in china town ethnic communities. So I'd guess she grew up English primary for public school but maybe Cantonese at home only, falling off as her mom (and maybe dad) got better with English not being around other asians. Central/SoCal being as Mexican as it is, you just learn to pronounce things gringo like in English for all the small shops, people, and street names. Then she eventually takes a year or two of Spanish in school for the usual college prep requirements.
So while she has a unique voice (made me think of Awkwafina at first), I think the accent and pronunciation is typical for any standard California girl (again outside of the extremes like ethnic neighborhoods or valley accent).
