OK I don't hate her. I've known of her since like 2021. And every time it has been a vtuber I'm watching suddenly shilling an announcement or an event with her. Phoebe's been a kaigai idol for years. She's not a very big VTuber but she's one of the top idols on the USA scene right now. Had a mini documentary made about her and her meetups at cons usually have tons of people. I went to Northwest Idolfest a couple of years ago and she was one of the biggest attractions there. Had a huge line at Holiday Matsuri last year too. She's showing up in a ton of VTuber collabs lately but she's been big elsewhere for years, so it's more like her VTuber side of things is finally catching up to her idol side.
