In any case, management isn't gonna give him or anyone else the boot before the end of trading on Friday (last day of Anycolor Q2, and incidentally also the last day before a 3-day weekend) so that they can claim that the branch had "only" two retirements in Q2 this year.

I get why you might think he's stealth suspended, since he's definitely on management's shit list, and he probably turned in his official graduation paperwork months ago. I myself would not be surprised if they would ever stealth suspend him for hating Aster or not hating Twisty. But his upcoming hiatus is definitely not a stealth suspension - the timing of the announcement alone should be proof enough, since he announced his hiatus days before it's set to begin, instead of announcing a [number]-day "hiatus" or indefinite "hiatus" a few minutes to a few hours after getting locked out of his Niji accounts.

Also, Ryoma is very... outspoken. If he were suspended, he'd make damn sure that his PL followers know about it.
