Nimi had genuine talent for streaming. During her incline as Fauna she put a lot of effort into how and what she streamed. Like her 2008 minecraft stream or her genuinely grinding the getting over it speedrun. But she just stopped caring and trying.
Her streams got more and more low energy. She'll pass up bits and jokes to play in the same boring way everyone does. The worst of it being she doesn't care to understand her brand.
I personally do not care that she's married. But up to the LLD she'd been doing GFE content and avoided male collabs like the plague even turning down northern lion. You can't pivot that audience into a marriage announcement over night. This is compounded by things like writing a vampire romance novel, something that you would sell to a female audience, when 95% of her audience is men.
Creators can pivot. I get not wanting to make the same content all your life. But those pivots need to be slow and deliberate. Randomly doing whatever you feel like shows a complete lack of regard for her brand and the people that make up it.
