There is no single timestamp for the VOD since the complaints are spread out over several hours but 4:30 is when it becomes more emotional. Akai Haato literally states at 4:37 that she might get fired by Cover and that is why she is showing her hands. She did have a lot of family trouble and was bullied in school so it's not like it's all related to Hololive. Still the complaints about management is why Cover is desperately running damage control. What is most horrifying is Haato exactly how management would respond. That Cover would smear her by calling her crazy even though Hololive recently had 8 graduations. That is a lot of talents that didn't like the direction of the company.
