I want to go with this one. A lot has been happening the past few months. I watched the first part of Haachama's short video where she was climbing up Mount Fuji. She seemed very excited. Sometimes after a big trip or a great vacation experience we can become depressed coming home and seeing all the clutter around us. Dokibird had her tweet talking about her experience just cleaning up her room. I think day to day routine can lead to profound frustration. I can't tell you how many times I've looked for things in the garage, thought about cleaning it up, and then thinking there's so much stuff, I can't even put it anywhere to clean things up. I don't think that's necessarily something she's alone in. How many members have walked out the door in the last 2 years. And she will fight the company on what she thinks is unfair, half of her chat was asking about "bare hands!" when she clearly has had enough of Hololive's control. That kind of outburst can work in a small company where you connect to people, where they trust you and you can see eye-to-eye at the end of the day. Didn't she trust A-Chan, who's gone. But it doesn't work in a big organization where it's more impersonal and procedural, everyone's looking out for themself, corporate partners don't like bad press, and stirring the pot can carry huge personal consequences. I think she knows that. Holo is not the same place it was for her. The real question for me is if she still has any champions in the company or people looking out for her at all. I'm not really under the impression they're planning on blowing it off. Of course, big corpo, closed doors, can't be sure, etc etc, but given the official response they made where they didn't outright deny what she said, I get the feeling they plan on working with her to reach a resolution while getting her the help she needs.
