She competes with Miko. I think it's very clear that Pekora is very cunning and cutthroat when it comes to her channel growth, and I'm not begrudging her for that. I think it's just how she sees her job and chooses to play the game and I think that's fine. However, an attitude like that will naturally rub some people the wrong way, and it just so happens that a lot of those people work in Hololive--I imagine because that's the kind of workplace Yagoo and others wanted to foster and selected people for.
In short, Pekora is a Type X person in a land of Type Y persons, which naturally isolates her, and then Haachama is a third kind of person who is bad at clearly distinguishing the kind of relationships she has with people. So when other people are wolves, chama is the first to get eaten, when other people are leading others on, chama is the first one to fall for it. And so on. It would naturally confuse and isolate her, if she's not emotionally and socially capable enough to clearly distinguish professional, transactional and personal relationships from each other.
So, what you're seeing right now is the natural clash of people from different spots in a spectrum, and all the rrats that schizos create when witnessing such things from afar: From Haachama's POV, someone like Pekora is a user. From Pekora's POV, everyone is just using one another. From Miko's POV, there is no need for either. That's all.
