she had a weird start to the year. chat's faction balance was all fucked. eventually it started to stabilize. specifically when she did that late night parents are gone stream when chat literally snapped her out of it by summoning schizomi. she had a great 24 hours before sinking back into faction strife. But that seemed to prove something and from then on there was a concerted effort to rebalance things on chat's side.
that culminated with a plan of a thousand pieces coming into place in rapid succession once. sunbro became a joke, pressure to play shitty games went down, she got to have some thinking streams to snap her out of things, etc.
that golden era reached it's zenith with lemon summer. it didnt end there but we all know what she did after that stream and why she played that song on repeat for so long.
this all changed when this project started kicking into gear. not to say I told you so but everyone kept trying to say I was being an autistic retard until she finally came out and admitted the project had been driving her insane.
the project kicking into gear was the moment she stopped using her excess energy thinking about streaming. it was when she started showing up to streams too tired to have fun instead of brimming with creative energy. it was when she started falling back into bad habits. getting paranoid. assuming the worst. Iistening to the negative. streams turning into a dull grind. most of her creative energy (and therefore fun) was going into the offstream project. the thing she literally lived for became a burden.
she may very well think she has started to hate streaming. what she hates is doing anything when she mentally tired. mental fatigue turns things that are normally sources of emotional energy into emotionally draining sinkholes. it is sort of like caffeine. the more stress, the more you need the emotional recharge, until eventually you are too stressed for anything other than sleep and turning your brain off to be viable.

in short, she doesn't hate streaming. she hates being ordered to perform on the spot. she loves to perform because she feels like it. this project made her too tired to want to perform.
I am really happy she brought this all together. it will be a massive tangible accomplishment. it does however prove, that one, she better just chill the fuck out for a month after this, and two, she needs to reassess how she does her work.

That's being overly optimistic, if you ask me (it's funny she forgot this happened) her best mood in the last 3 years was when she dropped her schedule completely and played/did whatever she wanted every day. I think for better or worse she's grown to a size where she needs to delve into reactsloppa/eating breaks mid-stream to reassess the situation, if she plays it right it can appease the autists so they aren't as rowdy during gameplay/learning streams and it leads to a logical end point for an activity. Like for example she's doing something that's extremely tedious that's a good opportunity to throw out "hey I can tell this isn't really it, can we just do something else instead?" instead of ending at 3h because she's about to crash out on backseaters.

there is good reason to wake up early in the morning and go to bed at a reasonable time. streaming on weekends when normal people are able to watch does not interfere with that at all. streaming a little later until say 9, would mean getting the east coast 6-midnight and still give her 4 hours to dick around before bed.
changing out the water has a massive impact on normalization generally. people coming home from work are the type of people who want to have fun and dont have pent up neet nitpicking daka to spare. it also helps remove the perception of a chat clout hierarchy people complain about when she clearly responds to types of comments instead of types of people

Regarding the rest of your essay, progress is important, one of the reasons citysims and roguelikes never really work out on stream is they reset from 0. She's in hyper-optimize-samsara 24/7 to contain menhera as much as possible, I don't agree it's healthy or good but it's the way it's gonna be. If we work our way out from that one way it could still move in a healthier direction is if content cycled through learning segments instead of being one-offs, if she becomes a real gamer and uses her chat like she's supposed to she should in theory be able to git gud at anything way faster and internalize the increase in skill itself rather than rely on external validations like 100%ing random autist game that doesn't teach you any transferable skills all the time.
