In general Justice didn't do too great. Mostly because of attempting to Europeans, which are not too big into vtubing compared to US and Japan. Everyone expected to be a hit because of her PL works, but her success turned out to be mild instead.

A lack of stream variety/frequency. Being open to the homos doesn't help but her only content was karaokes and SC readings for the most part. She's good at karaoke as much as people hate that but it's not really ideal to make that your only form of content. She seems to have realized recently she can do VRC content so maybe she'll start to spread out a bit. Still think she has the most overall potential out of Justice, but who knows if she'll ever get near it.

Unicorns really do ignore the fact that the EN market has declined and that newer gens have been struggling to reach 1 million subscribers unless they become huge with JP fans. Hololive is the biggest fish in the vtuber market but it's a niche hobby outside of Japan. The EN market peaked in 2021 because of Covid lockdowns so it's not fair to compare any of the later gens to Myth.

Unicorns are more willing to buy expensive merch though it's more accurate to say that CGDCT fans are the main audience for Hololive. Most casual fans don't care about occasional HoloPro collabs but would be annoyed if Hololive transformed into Nijisanji. Yagoo would love to debut a mixed gen but unless they can expand their audience on Twitch it would be a gamble.

Plenty of vtubers that collab with men are doing just fine. They might not be the absolute biggest ones like Pekora or whatever, but people like Ironmouse have done just fine for years. And in her case not only has she frequently collabed with men, but she's basically best friends with one of them. There are plenty of vtuber fans who aren't unicorns, but if you cater to unicorns you inevitably end up with a self-selecting fanbase that consists of more unicorns than one that doesn't.

I've watched ERB before. I think she seems nice enough, but I also found her extremely boring as actual entertainment to sit and watch (granted I don't give a shit about the 'idol' side of vtubing at all). I think that probably has far more to do with her popularity than playing REPO with a man in the group occasionally. As long as she and the company are largely fine with her numbers and she's enjoying herself, I don't think it really matters though.

She's had like 6~ homo collabs in almost a year and a half, they're outliers more than anything. Her last rebroadcast was in March. Glancing over it she barely seems to even be in the homos chats anymore, and her only IRL meeting with them was when Ollie dragged her and Moona(?) to dinner with some of them. I don't know why you felt the need to pad your answer with this fluff when you had the correct answer anyway, she doesn't stream. If she'd managed 3-4 streams + 1 karaoke a week on average over the past year she'd be doing significantly better.

ERB has massive potential as a regular streamer because she has a fairly unique personality among EN members due to her age (even if she's not the oldest, others act far younger on average), but so far, she has only really shown it in like 5 streams including Undertale and Hello Kitty.
