I wanted to share some fitness stuff with you I think you'd enjoy, I threw away my old shaker bottle (where I mix my protein) and while I was without a bottle I decided to mix my protein into my greek yogurt and its amazing. You should try it, i'm addicted to it right now. I havent even used my new shaker bottle yet, thats how good it is. Heres some recipes I created

I bought chocolate flavored protein and I put one scoop into greek yogurt and mixed until smooth and then I mixed with some cold espresso (has to be cold or the protein powder will curdle, I know from experience) and together it makes a mocha greek yogurt, it tastes so good.

Or you can just do vanilla protein powder into greek yogurt and mix, then one raw egg and mix and it tastes exactly like vanilla pudding. You'd like both of them and it's a really nice way to get a lot protein. And then you can mix with berries, banana slices, crunchy granola, and roasted nuts and it's super good.

I think the smartest way to do it would be to stay on YouTube and for copyright claim content or risky content (as in risk your account getting banned) do it on Twitch.
