As another autist, I'd like to point out that their corpo environment was poor enough to drive multiple people menhera, most of which are doing much better mentally after leaving. While Ike's spinelessness doesn't help, the pre-existing environment coupled with the chaos of the situation may have broken his typical sense of rationale. We all want to say that we'll stick to our morals upon hardship, but when push comes to shove, most people are cowards. Plus, who even knows if he was being fed accurate information at the time? No one could get in contact with Doki because people only had her added on her corpo accounts, including people outside the company.
