I think the main thing that makes Vox potentially apologizing like Ike difficult is that the two have wildly different personalities, and they probably had two different views of Selen even before the infamous black screen stream. Maybe Ike viewed Selen as more of a friend/very good colleague, maybe Vox just viewed her as a fun coworker that could be a pain in the ass, who knows. And in that case it doesn't sound like a private reach out would end in anything but a heated argument, especially because Vox took more of a "keep fighting for me guys" approach a few months after the stream, while Ike just silently moved on and bottled up his emotions IIRC.

Well, the thing is that what Niji itself did, as well as the way Elira and Vox conducted themselves on that stream and behind the scenes, I don't think there's any real way to apologize for that.
Like they can try, and maybe they'll sort of be forgiven, but if they succeeded in what they tried to do, Doki might've been dead by now. You can't come back from that.

Similarly, Sayu's whole reputation and psyche was completely crushed thanks to Hex, Kotoka, Finana, etc. She can't even respond as quickly in collabs anymore because of it and she has a sort of permanent filter on her brain now and who knows if that'll ever be healed.
I don't know if a simple "yo my bad" behind closed doors would fix that, though the idiot herself would probably accept it anyways.
