Subathons aren't a charity drive. 100% of the money from her first one went to her. She opted to split her profits for the second and third with charity which she didn't have to do at all. She really didn't have to give anything to charity and it would've probably gone fine, her audience wanted to keep her on stream for a month and break those records anyhow it just made her feel better about it. She's done actual charity streams where the IDF got 100% of the money but her subathons were never framed that way and everyone knew she was splitting it 50/50. A solid chunk of her money goes back into her streams and events anyways.
If you want to hold her at fault for something it's the fact she doesn't deliver on a lot of the subgoals from those subathons and you can say her viewers were scammed.. But the vast majority of her audience doesn't really care about them in the end and just a token few bring them up on occasion and even those chatters aren't salty enough to raise a public stink about it.
