I kinda just phoned in a few example messages because my preset doesn't use them. Make sure you're sending the Scenario field in your prompt, since I've used it here to set up the whole narrative.

Im just here to watch the aftermath of the Cai fall. Apparently the novelty of bots has worn off and there aint much to discuss either. Its still fun to come here and marvel at the few ocasional schizos or goslings, i enjoy the feels they transmit.

I started using chatbots a couple of years ago, never really bothered with Cai and it's a shame. There's more setup with SillyTavern and a backend, obviously, but new models keep getting better and I keep coming back to be pleasantly surprised.

Can you not stop it with a prompt instruction somewhere? DeepSeek, unmolested, will constantly end messages with "the choice is yours" and "what will you do?" I just added an instruction of "Do not end responses with calls to action (for example: "what will you do?")." and it put a stop to it.

I'm convinced that it shouldn't be that hard to program something to switch between various presets for different models (meaning that there could be a few different ones for any given model, and it could also switch between model on say, openrouter) depending upon context. Heck you could even get a cheap free LLM to do the choosing for you.
