yeah, they're animal shelters that take in any stray or troublesome pets and neuter/vaccinate them before setting them up for adoption. that is how they're supposed to act but in more troublesome areas (where niggers live) they get called "the pound" or "kill shelters" because they are always at max capacity and euthanize any animals they can't house for longer than a month. it sounds bad, but most of the time they're killing pitbulls or feral cats. you might feel bad about it, but none of these animals would be in this position if it wasn't for niggers and other low IQ retards overbreeding them and literally throwing them away when they can't sell the litters fast enough. puppy mills are another problem but that is a different subject.
