Yes this is fake like everything else clipniggers spam about Nimi. No matter how many times I click "Do not recommend channel" Thumbnails like this keep popping up in my recommended tab, and it probably won't stop until such time as world leaders have the courage to cut off SEA from internet access. What isn't fake is the extremely weird subset of naplings like the ones pictured in the second post, who constantly feel the need to remind everyone that Nimi has a husband, and that they love the fact that Nimi has a husband.
