- Shiina is probably the most seiso one. Good singer as well.
- Panko is fun. She's not super lewd, pretty normal vtuber, good sense of humour. She doesn't mind lewd jokes and the occasional yab tho.
- Tenma is a gremlin type. She's really fun if that's your thing. She can be a bit menhera but in a rather inoffensive way.
- Remilia is a cutesy seiso type. A bit bland for me but maybe you'll like her.
- Erina has a godlike model. Her voice is great too. Her content is a little boring to me, tho.
- Rie leans heavily into the yabai jokes.
- Airi I didn't watch much but from what I've seen seems to be the pon/airhead type.

Overall the whole 2nd gen is probably the most watchable/best.

- Clara is from their JP division but often streams in english. She's another lewd/yabai humour type.
- Dizzy is lewd.
- Lumi is a weirdo, another yabai humour type but less about lewd stuff and more about WTF/weird topics. I remember her streaming about trash (literal garbage) and people who are into diaper fetish.
- Pippa is probably the most infamous one. I've tried to watch her a bunch of times because I liked some of her anti-politically correct takes, since I fucking hate PC cutlure, but she's honestly a bit too much. She alternates good takes to annoying rants about stuff she dislikes for no reason, leaning on borderline menhera.
She unironically supports some out of pocket conspiracy theories.
Her fanbase is a mix between people that find her antics fun because of how deranged she can be and alt right weirdos, which is kinda unavoidable because those types naturally gravitate towards anti-PC streamers.
I would avoid her not because of the bias towards her (she's not half as bas as people make her to be), But rather because her content is very hit or miss. Her rants can honestly get really annoying,

As for the others, I haven't seen enough to form an opinion, honestly.

Oh, I forgot. Clara's singing is godlike.

I was simply referring to her vtubing style. She doesn't stream dropping jokes about inflation porn every 5 seconds like Bao or telling viewers to lick her clit like Scarle.
She streams about normal stuff. Her average stream is her playing a game, singing, knitting or building a gunpla, with a cozy vibe and the lewd jokes are scarce and far in between.

I'm nihongo jouzu so I mostly watch the JPs. I used to mostly watch Michiru because she used to stream souls games and kusoge. Michiru would stream for an extreme amount of hours while she fought bosses with 0 armor to fast roll, very underleveled stats, and using a shit mace weapon. Her most remarkable moment was when she streamed for 15 hours trying to beat Rennala with that shit build, spending the entire night attempting to beat her, and even eating breakfast on stream as the sun rose up until she eventually managed to defeat her. She however started spamming streams joining massive Japanese RP servers (something pretty common within small JP streamers) and I kinda lost interest but I still tune in.
I now mostly watch Nasa who has a really cute voice, cute mannerisms, and more varied content. I especially like her collabs with Pico since Pico oshis Nasa even prior to joining Phase which is really sweet.
The other JPs are good and have pretty distinguishing content.
Except Iori, she's the Senpai Gomenne NTR annoying fujoslut gigayab harbinger (also the only JP who knows English and is largely very Americanized). I found her voice grating and her streams largely monotonous so I don't really care.

I only watch Airi and Sleepy. The only negative things about Airi is her normal stream times being terrible for me so I have to be a vod boy...if she doesn't nuke her vod because she decided to say fuck it and play copyrighted stuff. Airi's oilers are also attention whores. She also likes Hoyoslop so that's a huge negative.

Sleepy is nice to listen to but she talks a bit too much before getting into a game. I also don't like watching Souls games that often.

I only watch ex-liggers and they're still entertaining.
