is this Hololive's biggest miss? I swear they have the hottest models, but the worst voices. Literally all of them are forgettable, and have 0 viral clips online. Except for Vivi she has a distinct voice and a catchphrase (which is the minimum). But the rest are unsalvageable, literally wasted peak models.

The fact that you think Vivi is a success when she's only more successful than Riona (the biggest failure in Hololive history), shows that they're fine. And Hololive as it is today really only starts once you're 3D, that's what happened with ReGloss. Nobody cares about members who can't actually participate in the major things.

Chihaya is pure sex though, and I enjoy her streams. Only reason I don't really follow her anymore is time zones are an absolute killer for her usual time slots.

This is true, so the only way most people here would watch them is in translated clips. From that point of view:
Vivi definitely has the most clips due to her connection with Pekora.
Su has a fair number, but they mostly focused on her small stature.
Niko has a few from her DS3 playthrough.
I haven't seen many from the other two.

Is this a joke? They had to essentially be rebranded as a new gen rather than as an independent thing to fix their image. I'm happy that people recognize and appreciate them because they are great, but regloss as a concept failed.
