Do you also like that game's aesthetics? If so, you've come to the right thread!

That’s the only good thing about the game. The awful art style (super deformed characters) during combat is sickening to look at.

If they fixed that and made it more closer to the rest of the game I would have kept playing.

I can understand. Even amongst gacha games that one is pretty unpopular. But I personally like it.
The characters are (imo) much more unique that in a lot of other gachas, the gfx, music & sound design are amazing and the combat system & story, while not always being well thought out, are good enough for a game that you play from time to time.

That's my reasoning but yeah, everybody has their own taste :)

Depends on what you like. To give you an idea of what this game is like:
* The gameplay is very strategy focused but most stages are easy. However, there is an optional hard mode for every battle stage which adds special effects that you will need to play around. Some of these actually took me a few tries and some prepping
* The game is mainly focused on the story: some stages don't even have any gameplay (similar to FGO). But it's not that bad since every main story stage is fully voice acted
* Character designs have a focus on being intriguing/weird rather than attractive: one of the first characters that you will meet is a literal talking apple
* The music, sound design and english voice acting are amazing. Characters also have accents based on where they come from. Some will even speak in their native language when alone/with people from the same country (I'm talking real world languages, not random gibberish)

Overall, a very solid mobile game. It's still a gacha with all the modern predatory tactics but it's also a pretty unique one that can be really enjoyable if you let yourself get immersed in its world
I'd recommend trying it out with the english voice acting and without skipping the story but you do you. What matters is that you have fun!

If you do decide to play the game, don't hesitate to come back here and give your impression. I'm curious and this thread will probably be here for a while anyway ;)

it's more like a visual novel for me but the gameplay is also really good and sometimes challenging. i don't play gacha games but i've sunk hundreds of hours into this one (account level 47) just because i love the story and characters. the plot meaningful, the dialogue is poetic, the music is S tier, the characters are charming. i've literally come close to tears during some cutscenes for example the investigation report at the end of chapter 5.5
