Please tell me this is how the reboot is going to look. I loved all the silly that came with Futurama, but it would be amazing if they put a hard core edge on it ... and still managed to keep some of the silly.

Since I live under a rock, anyone who cares to could help an anon out and drop some info on what's been planned/announced, might be expected.

Not sure what the plans are fully. I know they whole original cast is back, so that’s a good start. If you have Hulu I believe you can see the episode titles/descriptions, they’re just greyed out.

Well it's apparently being brought to us by Disney/Hulu, so fingers crossed Disney don't find a way to royally fuck up this franchise like they've somehow managed to fuck up every single other franchise they've laid their grubby woke leftist meathooks on in recent years, looking at you Star Wars, Indiana Jones, etc. etc.

aye, but it wasn't consistantly overtly so, like it wasn't super over-preachy or anything, and it wasn't continually ramming woke BS down peoples throats at every possible opportunity, at least as far as I can remember anyways.

not bad so much as it's just trying too hard to be as funny/edgy/clever/whatever as it used to be in earlier seasons and it just consistently falls short with each new episode

like if you were going to recommend a show to a friend based on one season of that show, you wouldn't use this latest season to recommend Futurama

not upset, just disappointed
