literally my favorite wallpaper, but i use a 16:9 monitor so i cant use it.
i went as far as to get into contact with the guy that made it a couple years ago to see if he had any files from it to make a 16:9 version but he told me he didn't have any because it was 20 years ago.
WHY DON'T PEOPLE MAKE ANIME WALLPAPERS THE SAME MAN, THEY USED TO LOOK SO FUCKING AWESOME. (animewallpapers.com is a treasure trove for what im describing, especially the trigun and .hack stuff.)
