Its a lot cheaper when you make it. Ingredients are sodium chlorite flakes and either hydrochloric acid (usually 4%) or citric acid. It's alright to use citric acid for CDS but not MMS because it causes digestive problems. The definitions are kind of mixed up because MMS could also just mean sodium chlorite solution because stomach already contains hydrochloric acid.
