The problem is basically threefold.
1) Recording reached critical mass so now fewer and fewer people dare to dance out of fear of fucking up and being caught on camera forever, meaning nobody ever learns (and conversely that means many raves that have dancing have it by virtue of going full Holocaust on anyone recording)
2) Ketamine, benzos and GHB are taking over massively which leads to nothing but zombies
3) Clubs and raves stopped being separate. Clubs care primarily about you being "cool". Dancing at below perfect ability is uncool so people just nod their heads
