You should not support mass population replacement levels of immigration under the pretense that they're all refugees who'll go back home when the trouble is over, if you're not willing to have them live with you indefinitely in your home, yes. Because they will be having children while you won't so they'll be the future owners of the country and you'll have to live with them all around you for the rest of your life anyway.
Or, if you're thinking that letting people immigrate is an act of great charity and generosity, you should be willing to supply some of that generosity yourself.
