I saw the entirety of this once in an older movie or TV special. I could have sworn it was part of the That's Entertainment series, but maybe I'm wrong.

There are actually 3 of them and the stuff they do is pretty amazing. They do these gymnastic acts where there are all 3 of them interacting with each other.

It's all action because it is a sidestory in the manga that doesn't have the main character in it. Kato the guy in the thumbnail is transported to 'O'saka instead of the usual Tokyo setting and doesn't know the other characters for there to be much interacting.
