It's a pretty, reflective ambient track.
Aphex twin is a multi genre artist, so sometimes he'll make something really somber and reflective (my favorite kind of his music) or he'll make something really upbeat and dancey.

I remember when I got this album, there are a couple tracks that have a skip sound effect that sounds like the CD skipped and I was like, WTF, my new CD is skipping. A friend told me theirs was doing it to and we realized it was on purpose.

I was also surprised by this. Then again, if you didn't use limewire or napster before it got shutdown most of what you knew was from the radio or CDs your friends would burn out.

Interesting thing about this song is that Kanye wanted to use a sample from Lauryn Hill, but she didn't clear the sample so he got someone else to record the line.
This is the deleted original version with the uncleared Lauryn Hill sample

You can find plenty of garage rock I've posted here as well as other threads. If it's blues rock, psychedelic rock, garage rock or any combination of there's a pretty good chance I posted it. Especially if it's rather obscure. As for making webms it's rather easy. There are plenty of online sites that will even do it for you if you don't want to bother with scripts

Here's a little more garage rock from down under

I've never been part of a psyop before. Just how does this work? Seriously. Some of you people just need to lighten up. I don't think I need to remind you that music is highly subjective. There is no right or wrong answer. Unless it's Coldplay, than you have my permission to stone them.
