This is mostly a fake distinction anyway. Pretty much everyone who cycles also drives a car. About absolutely true in America, probably majority true in Europe. You can only skip having a driver's license if you NEVER need to drive anywhere; even if your regular commute can be by bicycle, how likely is it that you're able to avoid ever driving in your entire life? Not very. So nearly every cyclist also has a driver's license and a car unless they're a literal child.
Therefore the "driver vs cyclist" "debate" is actually the driver who doesn't cycle vs driver who does cycle debate. It's powered by a misunderstanding on the part of the non-cycler, who doesn't realize the cyclist has an entire life outside of the moments that the non-cycler sees him on his bicycle and perhaps not slowing down at the stop sign as much as the non-cycler would prefer.
