to a certain degree, SSDs mostly care about writes, for HDDs it's spin up/spindown cycles, and to a smaller degree spindle movement (but this means an HDD kept on 24/7 is likely to live longer than a typical desktop HDD that keeps being powered up and down)
and in all cases there's always a chance you get zero warning before it fails no matter how "unlikely" so a second copy is always the best way to protect your data than any sort of rituals

Well staying up all night and the entire day after usually makes me instantly fall asleep when listening to ASMR in the evening. But I was more sleep deprived than a simple all-nighter when I had my most powerful ASMR experience, spinal tingles and all. I still listen to ASMR when going to bed because it helps me relax, but I don't "feel" anything unless I'm sleep deprived. For the record I don't like mouth sounds either they're disgusting (and eating sounds WTF!?) but you just need to find something that you like the sound of.
