There's no female coomer meme but that's because females who spiral into degeneracy tend to do it in public and become whores, rather than just masturbating to porn at home. In any case the coomer meme is by men, for men. The point isn't to degrade or make fun of, the point is to uplift and motivate to improve by shaming the most degenerate lifestyle. The coomer meme is basically men telling each other, "bro, don't waste your life away being a shut-in with a 'gooncave', go be an actual man". Women aren't the point here; women may have a large proportion of garbage whores but that doesn't mean men should just let each other slip to their level or worse.
Speaking of whores, notice that most memes making fun of degenrate women feature actual people, streamers, camwhores, porn actresses, random youth being degenerate in public, etc. It's making fun of them, "lol, look at these shitty foids". It just gives you a bunch of women to laugh at.
Meanwhile the coomer meme is a caricature stereotype, sometimes featuring particularly egregious examples but even your pic related which is basically about one guy who himself became a meme still starts and ends on a wojak; and most coomer memes barely even feature actual men. It usually doesn't ask you to laugh at your fellow man; it presents a caricature representing degeneracy, a cartoon that represents the worst of the vice, and tells you "don't become this, bro".
