All default settings, actually. Since the source was a vhs rip, the audio quality wasn't critical, and the default behavior for a webm of that length is to reduce audio rate to 48k and mono mixdown, resulting in audio about 1.8MB.
I don't remember if I did "--deadline best" to squeeze some extra quality out but it's possible.
