There's a pretty good argument to be made that Japan's 'lolicon' demographic won't simply go away if the media aimed at it is withdrawn from sale. Rather, it'll find other outlets. Or, to put it another way, it's quite possible legislating against this kind of legal content, involving entirely consenting adults, will lead to kids being raped.
That's a bad outcome. AFAIK, Japan has one of the lowest child sex crime rates in the developed world. Could their seemingly-archaic attitude towards this in fact be a sensible measure to reduce overall harm in the face of an unchanging portion of their populace that suffers this attraction?
Not fun to contemplate, but the 'feel good' position of the woman in this webm isn't the same as looking objectively at the situation and making the best call.
