The only reason "creators" add these ADHD effects is to keep the viewer in a constant state of stimulation and nearly always at the expense of the original cinematography. Constant consumption of this trash is why young people have such short attention spans—because real life moves at a slower pace than the shit-tier content they've been mindlessly consuming 24 hours a day for the last 5+ years now.
